Daytona Beach, FL At a Daytona Beach City Commission meeting, the commissioners discussed how they would regulate medical marijuana dispensaries in the City. It seems they don't want to work so they just want to ban what has been been signed into state law. We believe this action will end up being challenged in court should they vote on this matter and try to ban dispensaries. Reasons given we're obsolete and ultimately delay getting the help to people that need the Medical Marijuana that was legalized by The State of Florida. Those seemingly for a ban include Commissioner Dannette Henry, Ruth Trager, Kelly White and Daytona Beach Police Chief Craig Capri. Others present present that supported allowing medical marijuana dispensaries were The Mayor and Representative Aaron Delgato

If a single child can be helped to NOT HAVE SEIZURES...or the MULTIPLE CANCER patients NOT SUFFER from CHEMO as much..and be able to eat....YES, YES, YES, I support Medical Marijuana Dispensaries in Daytona Beach. After all, I'm sure they would have strict guidelines, just like a pharmacy and it WAS VOTED IN BY FLORIDA RESIDENTS. A GOOD THING..way more PRO'S THAN CON's in my opinion...It can and does help people of all ages, and it DOES NOT HURT THEM. Thank you for asking
