John Levique Pirate Days is a 3-day pirate themed event which celebrates the discovery of John's Pass.

This was before the immigration of illegal aliens. The Orthodox Jews. No there's nothing wrong with new cultures added to the mix but whoever was in charge of planning got it all wrong. Now it is boring. Nothing happens here. You can't even find a good burger and beer. There were places that had history and they tore it down. Another gone... and today Casey's the last of the giant night clubs was torn down. Now they begin to line the one lane highway with commercial giant companies. The traffic builds and escape becomes impossible for some. If your looking for a bargain on Real Estate do not look here. Oh let's not forget the police presence the area is patrolled by 7 or 8 different agencies. WHB Police, Southampton, Police, Suffolk County Police, State Police, Suffolk County Sheriff, Coast Guard, Park Rangers it is so over policed that you wonder who's making sure they are legitimate. If you want a ticket just drive here. Even the beach here is not for the public. Shopping ... Everything is top dollar and the Supermarket is in shambles run by inept management.
