Daytona Beach Feb 2019 The Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce may want to postpone this event. The Ribbon Cutting at Snowbirds Bar and Grille on the Calendar for March 1st Behind Daytona has learned through its sources that it may be operating without a Food Managers Safety Certificate. It has also has been reported Owner "Rienk Vanderzee" has been abusive to employees. He also may be breaking Florida Alcohol Laws by taking home Bottles to avoid resale taxes We learned the original purported manager was forced out of the Restaurant this week with threats. We also learned the Restaurant was shut down due to a brawl. We also have a report of promised jobs and then with no follow through causing some individuals to become unemployed. They have also seemingly hired individuals who have been caught stealing Credit Card Tips and fired at other area eateries. "Caviat Emptor" While the location of this Restaurant continues to go through change after change with no success maybe the City of Daytona Beach - Code Enforcement Division and Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation can look into these issues.
